I'm never going to get used to the "base model" of an M5 selling for what us Australians pay for a 135i!
so cruel...

I am looking to make this easy for my dealer and want to fill out the guide as such:
That I don't know sorry. Give a shout out to GOLFFRR (a dealer sponsor here). He deals with Individual orders all the time and should be able to help you.

I had the B&O sound system in my Audi S5 I used to own, to tell everyone the truth I wasn't really impressed with the system, my current system in my 535 seems to be better, Love harman kardon speakers logic 7

-No more slot for the key. Just keep it in your pocket and press start. Free of charge standard feature. It was explained to me as a safety feature. The key in the ignition would always end up in someones knee/leg during a collission. I don't have Comfort Access, so it doesn't work on the doors.
Fixed

Keyless go is standard (no key in slot because there is no slot)

Comfort Access (option) adds the door functionality

Sad there is no standard metallic white option, either brilliant white or mineral white would have been nice.
Brilliant white is a great color. The mineral white is closer to metallic white.

Correct, brilliant white and mineral white are both metallic.

Here's some good pics of Mineral White versus Alpine White:

Brilliant White was a few more coats of clear to it then Mineral White. Also, any Individual Paint is done on a separate manufacturing line then the standard vehicles.

If anyone is looking for an F10 M5; please feel free to contact me!

Carbon Fiber is not available from the Factory on an F10 M5. BMW is looking into making it a M Performance Accessory. The thought of Carbon Fiber came after the M5 was signed off by AG.

So if I'm reading this correctly...

1. Sakhir Orange can be had as an EXTERIOR color as well? I've gotta see pics of that!!

2. There's no way to do Individual FULL Leather, just the more stripped-down Extended? That seems strange.

Also, bummer that San Marino and Tanzanite Blue aren't available on the M5 like the are on the M6. Or even Deep Sea Blue. MCB is a bit too loud for me but Imperial is too subtle.

Yea sakhir orange will be wild on this car.

Anyone can order any Individual color anyway, not just what BMW recommends for the M5. So you could order it in San Marino Blue or Tanzanite Blue too. SMB would look amazing!

How about Estoril (the original - not to be confused with Estoril II) - or is that officially retired?

yeah would love to see Sakhir orange on the M5, when I googled it only an M6 popped up and it looks stunning! orange on orange may be a bit much though.

I think I would have to go with White exterior and orange interior or orange exterior and black interior. Not having a standard metallic white though would push me towards Sakhir orange exterior. Have not seen that color in person but all the photos make it look like a reddish orange (compared to the brownish orange of Fox Red leather). Wish they had a CF roof option on the M5 as I think it would make the orange look even sharper (like in the photos of the M6). wonder if they tried making the M5 with CF roof and it just didn't look right or something...
