Pre LCI M5 with Comp Pack (in a Ring Taxi)?

At 4:07 in the video below, the M5 Ring Taxi driver says that the car has 575hp. The steering wheel is definitely pre LCI.

Could it be that they have upgraded the Ring Taxis to CP spec? In older vids, the driver has sometimes made comments about the car having 560hp. I would think that the Ring Taxi drivers have been given briefings about the cars spec and would know that the car now has 575hp because BMW has told him so...?
