Will the CEL light go off with the BMS tune if I have Catless downpipes? What can I do to make the CEL light go off? DO i need a different tune than BMS if I have catless downpipes???

Yes, catless DP's will cause a CEL.
No one can tune the error code out yet because no one has really cracked the ECU. The CEL is not really bothersome. Its a small engine light in the right middle side of the dash. There is no error message in entertainment center either. Eventually probably there will be mods to make it go away, in the mean time, its worth having a little icon there for the horsepower and sound. Wait until you hear the sound of those turbos breathing better Its sick! FYI: See this thread about my RPi downpipes and stock heatshield http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1043201

Buy a plx wireless kiwi 2 to set the cel off, but it will come back again maybe after driving it the next day or so.

Has anyone tried the spark plug non-foulers? They have been used for sometime to remedy this issue of not having catalytic converters. The small hole doesn't let enough extra fuel or oxygen pass to sensor. Worth a try if you are unable to find the electronic solutions .

There are 2 kinds of plx kiwi, 1 for iPhone & the other for Android. U can download apps at both playstore. Not sure how to clear it permanently, I need to clear once a day n is less than 5 sec so no trouble for me.
