Gas
Racetrac just built a new gas station near use. Ran across my first ethanol free gas (but 87 octane). Would you guys recommend with a possible additive to "increase octane?"
Wonder if ethanol free gas is better? Especially for mpg? Thanks! |

I saw this too at racetrack. However it is 87 Octane which is too low for the M5.
if they had 93 Ethanol Free I would buy that. It's what you use in Europe on European Delivery. But 87 I have no interest. Also what s the story with the additives/detergent at racetrack. How does it compare with Shell VPower?

I have no idea what my car is burning for average. I didn't buy the car to look at my mpg.
With gas prices that is so cheap these days, it feels like I am getting a discount. |
