Man, that's the kind of deal I have been looking for. No dealers in my area come close so I have started expanding to board sponsors (Such as Greg) but I am around $1250 with a $110k MSRP with first month, lease acquisition, license/registration and bank fee due at signing. (About $3k total due at signing)

I think the payment is high unless the cap cost is MSRP.

My car had an msrp of 136k and my payment is 1275 a month + tax here in California.

At what sales price or any down payment? I guess you have got about 20k off MSRP

MSRP was right at 136k and cap cost was 117k.
Out the door was first months payment (1275) + acq fee (850 or so, old acq fee prior to increase) + lic (825) = 3k or so for drive off.
I purchased in August of 2015 when MF was still .0013 and residual was high, 69% I believe. I'd have to look at the paperwork to be positive.

Sorry for the exaggeration. 136k, 140k, it's all the same at that price point. Lol

It is well optioned but not fully loaded. Still missing Carbon brakes, night vision, and rear seat entertainment.

And yes Greg Poland is a great guy!! That's who I bought my M5 from.
I'm actually talking with him right now about a new M760 to replace my wife's F02.

I would email him again. He's always been prompt with replying to my emails.

I am bummed though as when I first reached out last week he gave me a quote on a custom order M5 with about a 105k MSRP. After talking it over with the family, we added some options bringing the MSRP to 113k, but now the discount has been reduced on it putting me over $1300/month with $3500 due at signing.

Great guy, but I may have to hold off at the moment, go back to thinking of an M3 or shop around some more.

I believe residual has been 59% for your car!
I already posted the formula dealers use to calculate with an example if you are interested:

The US invoice of this car is 111k so basically you are offered 5k below invoice for 2016 model which is a good dea.
Just keep in mind the last year production model (2017) will be out in couple months and the next generation (2018) will arrive in US around summer - fall 2017!

ok going to call him today. still waiting to here back from ST bmw also...

my car was only 102, but if he gave you such a killer price, i'm sure i could add an individual color and it shouldn't kill me too much on price.

5k for paint on a lease should be under $50 a month. Keep us in the loop GL on the sale.

M6GC's are badass!! Back seat is small but if you don't need the space it's a great option!
