We have some of the loudest Subarus and Ford Fiestas in the country. Wouldn't want my lovely M5 in the same category

Different stokes for different folks I guess

Loud doesn't always mean cheap / chavvy. There's a huge difference between the sound of a 1.6 fiesta with a tin exhaust and the exotic sound of an f10 4.4 litre V8 producing 560bhp / e60 5litre v10. The latter sound like super cars, similar to ferraris, AMG GTs etc

True, but by the same token, chavvy doesn't always mean poor.

Not sure I follow, I didn't say chavvy means poor. I said loud doesn't mean cheap OR chavvy (not cheap AND chavvy)

Around these parts

Don't worry about it. This wasn't meant as a serious thread....more tongue in cheek. I'm just not that fond of very loud exhausts

Here are some more updated videos of my MSR Exhaust (prototype).

Here is an RPI Straight system to compare too. RPI is louder for sure but the MSR system seems much deeper. Also, no drone at all while driving with MSR
