I'm really torn about re-working my trip to get to the 9/4 event. Would take a bite out of time in another country.
On one hand: rare experience, some very rare people from BMW will be there, and may see some prototypes in the parking lot etc
On the other: I've seen many pictures of the M-Studio, it's a small space, and there will be pictures and reporting of this event so I'll be able to read about it. And any future models that I might catch (M6 Gran Coupe) will be in auto shows soon so it's not like I'd never see them. And I can drive by the lot myself on another day and peek in.

This is a tough one for me.

Personally I won't go (if they manage to restore my original delivery date). I went to the M5 launch event, and the events with the engineering people are interesting. but the interaction with them pales in comparison with the interaction with the car.

Agreed but hope to do both :-) and that's why we want to go driving Sat pm and not have dinner in Munich.
