2016 M5 CP purchase?

I am looking at preowned 2016 M5 CP with about 10,500 miles. Car Fax is clean, this is loaded including factory installed performance exhaust with stainless tips. There is about a year and half left on original warranty.
$69K seems high for this original MSRP was $133K most other '16's I see out there are about $60K but without the exhaust which if I remember correctly was like $8,000 option and more miles.
Anything specific I should check on this or know about these M5's.

I am new to buying preowned, always purchased new before but very seasoned with BMW's last being 2018 X5M.

With the low miles, model year, and remaining warranty, that car will probably lead the high end of the market. I found a video on YouTube of a 15 a dealer spec'd out with that exhaust, and it was right around that window sticker. With the comp package I'd prefer the exhaust that came with that, but for $8k you can be sure there's got to only be a few of them out there.

I found a 16 today in Illinois that had only two options, the comp package and ceramic brakes. Original sticker around $109k. 16.5k miles and they were skiing $61,995.

I just bought my 15 loaded with the options I wanted, orignal sticker around $119k, and got it for $59k with 8.7k miles. I sold my heads/cam Z06 C6 Corvette for it, and had two previous BMW's, an E90 335d and an E39 M5. I feel pretty comfortable with this motor and car, there's a ton of info and videos available, and look forward to many happy miles!

My car had a few more miles and only 0.5 year original warranty (but CPO added another year to make it 1.5 years), and was $3k cheaper. It seems like it's priced due to its sheer newness, such low miles and remaining warranty.

Sounds pretty good.

That's high. Low 60s is where it should be.

If its a 6-speed MT, that is about the right price. They are selling like hot cakes.

.
You can't think of it like that. If you were to ever sell/swap your exhaust, you will never get $8k.

I'm assuming the vehicle you are referring to is at EBA.... I also like the other '16 they are selling in Azurite Black & Amaro Brown. Very unique combination!

Yes it's the car from EBA. I went to look at it and it was an easy pass. That car has had a very hard 10000 miles. I even passed on the test drive.

yooo did you buy the one in Michigan or wherever it was?? I was looking at that m5 for like a month straight. I must have talked to them 20 times. I almost pulled the trigger like twice, but i could never justify paying 60k for a 2015 no matter how many miles.
