Yes its worth it.
BMS tune and downpipes (and possibly a meth kit) are the only real mods you should be adding at this time.

RPi downpipes, though it makes ABSOLUTELY no difference what brand you go with.
It's just a metal tube - with or without cats. No problems with Burger Tuning piggybacks. Its a relatively safe tune anyways. I've used them for a long time now back since 335i's first came out in 06.
