698.5 rwhp by Simon Motorsport

Had my 2013 M6GC tuned by Simon Motorsport using:
- Catless downpipes.
- Stock exhaust.
- BMC air filters.
- Upgraded turbo's (both sides).
- Custom tune.
- Cold start delete.
- No cell.
- Running normal fuel (no meth).
- Topspeed limiters all removed.

The particular dyno used (in Germany) is known for being very conservative.
V-box 100-200 kmh was 5.8 seconds. I am quite sure it makes more than 800 bhp at the crank. Will dyno again early next year.

Probably have to upgrade the clutches pretty soon. The car drives like a dream and pulls like there is no tomorrow. Very impressive how the power stays high all the way to the red line, thanks to the turbos.

Nice!

What kind of turbos did you upgrade to?

Well, IIRC you claimed the same power long time ago here:

http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=972834

and here:

http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=979350

However that car was M5....
BTW, how do you compare your 2013 M6GC with your 2013 M5?

Any torque reading? You'll most definitely need a clutch pack upgrade

That is why I wrote that this was on a different dyno that reads low or perhaps that M5 dyno also read a bit high. I would say that the M6 is quite a bit faster than the M5 was. The 100-200 kmh is now 0.4 sec. faster and it redlines much easier/stronger.
Can't wait to test its top speed.

Of course, as bigger turbos don't fit. These are oem turbos modified by simon motorsport. You can see their name printed inside the turbo.

On a public road you don't get full traction, so I am sure it can be faster than that. Still 5.8 is pretty good.

Imran@Evolve Imran, does your M5 have full exhaust or downpipe only
Does this mean you have VBOX verified times now? Its easy to say you have done the same time as me.

My M5 only has DP, Eventuri Carbon Intakes and Tune on 93 Octane fuel. The rest of the exhaust is stock. I do not believe rear exhausts add any power on these cars from the testing I have seen.
