In addition to disagreeing on having to return PSS for PSS tires, it often is not even practical since the tires stay on backorder. Additionally during the life cycle of a model tires may be phased out.

I can only tell you from experience of buyers whT i hear and what buyers say after they purchase a set that wasnt suppose to be there upon return.
