Car feels weak low power no boost no fault codes

Just picked up this 2013 m3 44k miles. The mufflers were deleted and the lines weren't capped so I capped them and still no boost! Feels like a great n/a but not like the other m5s I drove. I experienced this issue in a 335i and the vacuum canister was broken!. Thanks for your help

Check the line that goes from the vacuum canister to the exhaust - there is a connection by the driver side airbox that could have come off...
