I didn't go through the gazillion discussions in this thread, but can anyone enlighten us if this $870/month for a 2014 m5 is for real? Or are we having a troll wasting our time...

My X5 2012 was 7k sticker and zero down I had to pay 1098$ per month tax included and I am paying just north of 1200$ for LCI semi loaded M5 2014 so not sure about 870$ unless he's a super finance savvy and mathematics prodigy -

Troll. Although, I believe a bare bones model could be had for high $8XX's if you work for BMW. At least that's what a salesman told me once recently.

Yep, im paying $1200 for 120k m5 and thats with max msd + 3k due @ signing

Now $800 range for m5 might be possible if you put down 10k with max msd.

I feel bad for all the ppl the subscribed to this tread hoping to get this deal lol

Which means zero down this will be around 1100$ which is a real number for 105-110K M5 these day with MSD and right month of promotions.

My 2 cents

Base price for 2014 M5 is $96,425. I was able to get a 36/10k on one of those last month with TTL down plus first months payment ($2100 due at signing) and $910 plus tax per month. I felt it was as good of a deal as I would ever get.

The guy did ED invoice + 1500. If you did the MSD's with his configuration it did come out to around $870/month.

My build was around $970 which was pretty much a base model with 20" wheels. That's without any MSD's.

Oh yes, no MSDs. Did MSDs on my last lease and it becomes such PIA if you want to get out of it.

I get $8XX monthly payment with maximum MSD and zero capitalized reduction at 10k mi/yr. But it is an ED, qualifies for the $1500 option allowance, only have the 20" wheel option plus an extra $300 saving on gas guzzler tax because it is a manual. The MSRP for my car is $96,125. Picking up at Welt on 6/16.

Nice job! You have to also take into account ED cost (plane tix, etc) but if you can make a vacation out of it, that's great!!!

You guys know that the Sales guy for most of these forums agreed with my numbers. Don't be mad you pay 1200 a month when you could have been paying atleast $200 less for the same thing

There you go! I'm picking up from Welt at 6/30.

Guys, it's not a troll post, if you know how to get a good deal you will! Jeez

Chipped B6. I'm picking up on the 30th as well. Check in at 8:10. Delivery at 9:40.

Space Gray, full Sahkir Orange and Black 343's. Every option except for CCB's, Comp Pack, B&O and Night Vision.

I got a smokin deal as well. Though PA tax on car leases is 9%! So that F'ed me pretty good!

Too funny! Did you get the exec pack and drivers assist pack?

Maybe we'll bump into each other... What's your name? Mine is obvious.

Maybe if he's doing NON-ed that's a great deal.

200 off a month OFF that, if you can swing the ED vacation!
