Where to buy single 343 wheel?

I have a flat spot on my front wheel, style 343. Looking to buy a single replacement. Any suggestions on where to buy OEM, new or used. Searched around Google and tried eBay without finding anything promising (or at least legitimate looking).

Recommendations?

You could just get it repaired?

It should be possible to buy a spare from a BMW dealership as well but expect it to be about $1k.

It's not repairable unfortunately. Dealer cost is $1285... hoping to find something more reasonable if possible.
