Thank you Jason! I know we've covered this before, but none of the above could of happened without M5post and it's community.
You all have been really helpful as inputs in my decision making process. I know I don't post a lot, but I do lurk. Now that I am an owner I might be able to help other people a bit. Take care. Vahn |

Crazy options and setup - wow! Love it.. if I was not so paranoid about the winter salt and snow effects on frozen grey, would have definitely tried the silver.

I have to say while I am not usually a fan of the Frozen colors, your Frozen Grey F10 looks really, really good.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the night vision, as this is an option many seem to leave off or have at the bottom of the list. |

Congrats, David. Love the exterior color. Quick question: what is the buttion next to the heated steering wheel control-- referring to the two buttons on the left that are visible through the steering wheel in pic 3?

Nothing significant. I had a few things I wanted to do:
I'm going to do something about the front reflectors, for sure. Still debating if I want to powder coat the rims black. I was so sure I was going too do that until I got the car, then I wasn't so sure as I like it as is. Wanted to ditch the chrome on the front kidney grill, but it's more complicated than usual because of the Nightvision camera and I don't dislike it like I thought I did now that I have the car in person. Wanted to black out out the BMW badging. I'm not even sure about this anymore as the giant blue brake calibers need something to stand against and the only other blue in the car is in the //M badging. So, I am going to leave it as is for a bit, drive it around, and then decide later what to do after my break-in period. |

I live in a very urban area with plenty of street lights and such, so the camera doesn't add that much value on a day to day basis. I like to drive through the hills north of Los Angeles. Although I rarely do this at night, I bought the camera for this application. The camera works really well and does a pretty good job picking up people from the world, but unless you are doing a lot of rural driving, and animal's crossing is a common thing for you, it's utility is fairly limited. Truthfully, I was afraid I would regret not taking the option. I haven't had the car long enough, nor have I driven at night with the Nightvision on long enough, to offer a really strong review either way.
