M LOGO

I saw this for the first time yesterday's was sat in the car for 20 mins talking to a friend with the car off.

When I pressed the start button to get the ignition on an amazing animation of the M LOGO came up in the screen.

I've seen the logo on the HUD loads of times but this was awesome.

It hasn't happened again though, has anyone else seen this?

Comes and goes depending on how the system is started...

on mine ... I would say it happens 4/10 times.

you can code it for always appearing (longer duration) at startup

If you unlock the car, get in it, put your seatbelt on, then turn it over, you will see the animation.

As someone else said, the M animation on heads up and iDrive are able to be coded for longer duration.
