BTW - this old Stingray - I'd rock that any day. God that thing is gorgeous.
Actually, a nice (69?) Corvette but not a Stingray. Stingray's were C2: 1963-1967

Looking forward to your views on the car and Pictures.

I would highly suggest if you want a M3/M4 when they first come out that you search around and find a dealer and get on a list. Dealers have been taking deposits and orders for well over a year and half.

US order guides and hopefully pricing should be coming in to us dealers mid to late February.
I have a dealer. Just curious.

There have been a few generations of Corvette's carrying the "Stingray" moniker. This '69 (pretty sure you're right) C3 was also labelled Stingray.

In the current gen, the Stingray is not the model name but the trim level. So the naturally aspirated V8 is the Stingray. The next model up is the Corvette Z06.

And there have been rumors that they will introduce a 6 cylinder variant called Corvette. However I don't know what engine they would put in there. The most likely option is the 3.6l 420hp Cadillac twin-turbo V6. However with a turbo curve and lighter weight I would imagine there may be a risk that this car is too close to the Stingray in performance.

Saw the M4 in black at the Chicago Autoshow and the M3 in the Yas Marina blue. I did not like the blue but the black on the M4 made the car look much much better than on pictures. The seats are cool and sportier than in the M5.

I did spend time in the M4 again, back to back with an M5. The M4 did have the full leather I like so much. However I did begin to notice a few differences and felt the M5 was a touch better. On the exterior though I think the M4 is far better looking, and the Austin Yellow is stunning in person in my opinion (far far better than the pictures).

Link to the pics. Sat in just about every one of these, crazy fortunate day:

Off topic, what did you think of the 2015 F150? I'll be ordering one of those for a DD.

I checked out the F150 in depth for a close friend. It's an amazing truck. Definite winner in my opinion...
