2014 m5 lease deal $1076 a month on $111000 car

Hi guys .
This is my first post since 07 when i sold my e60m5 and now i think it's time to refresh some of the good days .
I'm about to close the deal . Can you check this out and tell me if there is something not right . Car is from a dealers lot.

Numbers look fine, just a tad lower than I would've thought actually. Only thing is, you can get this deal on a new order instead of taking something off the lot that may not be exactly what you want (but you'll have to wait :/) If you like the color and all, seems pretty dang good IMO

If im not mistaken is that bmw park ave that has that car, if so that car has been there for months. U should get a better deal

the car is equipped exactly as I was looking for except 20" wheels.

You will need winter tires if you plan to us the M5 as you DD and drive it year round. You can use the 19s for the winter set and invest in a set of 20s for the summer tires.

U should talk to park ave since its their car ( if thats the car were talking about) to beat your brokers quote. Till this week they still calling me back if i want the car, but i told them i picked up mine already. Trust me they will give u a better deal, nobody wants a left over car on the lot since 2015 models are around the corner

I picked up my car from Aimon @ Park Ave.

14: comp, exec, lighting, drivers assistance, B&O, $115,425 sticker. 36/10. First months payment ($1269) down with all fees rolled in.
