Last night was FAJITAS-Tuesday. Just doesn't roll off the tongue correctly

Diesmillo fried with pappas and bells. Then whole mix was covered in some spices and chile mashed in a mocajete. Warm tortillas, sour cream, cheese and fresh avocado from the back yard.

I didn't bring any tortillas for lunch today. . .

Seem to be doing stir fries on Friday's lately. Kung pao chicken and shrimp. Another hot sauce from the archives. Too hot. "Sadam Mother of all bombs" hot sauce (earlier post) much more flavorfull.
