Undercover Performance Full Exhaust F10 M5

Hey guys so like 2 weeks ago I dropped my car off at UnderCover Performance here in South Jersey for custom connecting pipes. As soon as they took off the stock connecting pipes I got a call saying we need to make you a set of DP's as well. I went over with my stock cats because I had another aftermarket companies Catless dps on the car. The factory downpipes and competitors neck down from 3.5” tapered down to 2.75”. Other companies products utilize tighter “3 inch” radius bends, whereas UC uses a more efficient true 4.5 inch radius for smoother transition increasing performance.

I went over last week to check out the progress and noticed a few things. The stock gasket now fits inside my new gaskets which is crazy. They had a jig set up to make the new Dps and I got to see the new tips that were going on the car.

These down pipes will be offered in oem spec 2.75 inch design as well for use with stock or other manufacturers exhaust, or Undercover’s true 3 inch design. As you can see these welds are amazing and work of art.

i think the Downpipes are $1697 but will find out about the rest of the exhaust.

It sounds sick! Too loud for me as mine will be a daily driver. But VERY nice!

throw resonators in and you are good to go for daily driving

Honestly i feel this setup is much quitter than my previous setup while cruising.

I believe we gain 55hp and 60 Tq but i will get the graphs( This is compared to just my old dyno run with just muffler delete). Yea the turbos are just breathing like they should. The farts and everything are crazy loud at WOT.

Compared to my last setup way less drone but i need more time driving the car. Don't quote on it yet but i feel like i lost the drone i had at 16-1800 rpm.

On my e90 i had the Active Stage 2 kit with meth, catless ,x-pipe with resonators and AA rear section.

Thanks for sharing interested in hearing your long term view in regards to power. Turbos tend to spool faster with some resistance. I think its great that you are pioneering this type of exhaust. You are a true enthusiast, this is music to my ears . Sounds awesome, Enjoy!

thanks guys...I deff agree turbos need some resistance but i trust the shop that build it.

here is a quick video of my car at the track my stock pss are done thinking about getting r88's or pss again. The car had Bms at 3.00 more psi settings, custom dps, connecting pipes and muffler delete, and carbon filter delete.
