could'nt just buy these outright ? jus a lil confused are these not like a bolt/silicone on modd why would you need an entire sideskirt ?

Its a "stick on" part.
Yes, you could buy these outright on the link provided.
Easier to swap these with side skirts attached then to remove them and spend hours cleaning off adhesive from both side skirts and extensions
