F10 M5 Custom Rear Caliper Covers
Custom made rear caliper covers that will match the oem fronts , you will need to silicone them for install , they are heat resistant so no they will not fall off. $450usd

Are you willing to negotiate on the price?? $450 plus getting them repainted is way to much, that's why I was asking if they come unpainted... Also a friend of mine purchased these and the color doesn't really match the fronts...
