Production started in one day

Odered an M last Friday 10/26 at 6pm. Just for grins I tracked today and then confirmed by phone.............. that production started this Monday, 10/28. One Day? I know BMW is pretty good at getting orders in but this is insane. My 2011 535 took 3 weeks to get into production, not complaining but this seems incredible.

No, not this car. Maybe in the future though. ED stories all sound great and very worthwhile.

Unfortunately, neither. Maybe ED on a future car. PDC should be a great experience, you will have to let us know all the deatails. Along those lines, I am looking into the M driving school next year. Congrats on the new car.

I've done the PC on my 1st BMW, didn't get to do it on my current one. I had to do it this time when I ordered my M. I can't wait. I just hope I can remember to take pics and videos of the whole event.

I'm also thinking of doing the 2 day M driving school next year.
