Handbrake switch replacement?

My handbrake switch soft touch rubber is cracked

How do i remove the trim? I know once its removed i just unscrew switch but unsure how to remove trim? Thanks

open center console. pop plastic cover off the lock. there is 1 screw. then just pull up from there.

be sure to disconnect all plugs AND the led in the ashtray

pivot trim to stand it up straight while anchoring it at the end under the radio.
pull gear stick toward you.
finish lifting it off.
