Brake Dust, Ceramic Pads?

Hi,

UK based M5 owner. Had my car almost a year but new to the forum.

Few details on the car:
2012 Imperial Blue Individual Spec
Dakota Grey Leather
20" Satin Black M6 343M wheels
Stage 2 Evolve Remap
Catless Downpipes
Resonator Delete
RAMAIR filters
JL Audio Sub & Amp
Maxton Design Front Lip and Side Skirt Extensions

Ok so I love my car, but HATE the brake dust! Every time I've cleaned the wheels, the front wheels are covered in brake dust even after the first drive.
It's incredibly frustrating, so I've done some looking around and it seems as if people who have switched out to ceramic pads have had some success with reducing the brake dust problem.

I've been looking at the CoolCarbon pads that ECStuning offer, however, I'm unsure whether they will fit a UK spec car?

I've emailed ECS Tuning and they haven't been able to give me a definite answer.

Anyone on here who knows whether or not they will fit my car even if they are from the US? I can't imagine there being an issue but I thought it would be better to check before hand..

Not sure if they fit a UK Spec car but I can confirm they reduce dust greatly with no noticeable decrease in stopping power.

Do you have brake squeal? Like an old school bus?

you can install Modesta BC-09 ceramic wheel coating to your wheels, this will make you wheels very easy to clean as dust wont stick to it
