New F10 M5! introducing myself
Hey Guys,
Thought I'd introduce myself on the forum, just picked up my F10 M5 last week. Its MCB with full Silverstone merino leather. Very excited to experience the car. I've traded in my Jaguar XFR for this, and already feeling the huge difference in build quality and driving dynamic. Im not a fan of the stock 19" wheels, got a new set of the 20" 343M on the way, though not ideal for the road conditions we have here in India. Looking forward to learn more about the car and interact with you guys on the forum! Cheers, SVJ

Congrats! I would actually trade you for the 19s, I like them! Also, you may want to eradicate the chrome window trim

Welcome and congratulations!
I wish I had a set of 19s to use for competition/driving events. Better selection of competition tires in 19" than 20" I think. Something perhaps to think about. |

Congrats from California dude!
Since your from India, you should think about rallying your M5 like in this video! You'll need a friend named Samir to drive for you though.

Congrats and welcome - gorgeous car. Can't imagine sitting in traffic in Mumbai in it - do you guys have any race tracks out there where you can open it up?

On second thought it's not too bad, classy yet not flashy

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
The trim isn't chrome, it's the BMW individual brushed aluminium. May want to black it out later at some point As for mods, the car really needs an exhaust. Thinking of the eisenmann race sometime in the near future. And maybe an intake. I'd love to also do the lci headlights retrofit, but don't think BMW is offering it as yet. May also do some carbon cosmetic mods, but I think I'll try and start enjoying the car first before starting buying gifts for it. SVJ |

SVJ- M5 in Mumbai, India? Congrats on the beautiful car but you are a brave man to have an M5 on those roads. My guess is you have access to a private track. Good luck.
