Catted downpipes questions

1. Will I be able to pass CA smog with catted downpipes (high flow cats on downpipes AMS)
2. How much hp and torque loss would happen with catted vs decatted?

Catted dp's are not CARB approved so you wouldnt pass the visual, in theory.

You will not pass Smog since the F10 M5 only has primary cats and no secondary cats.

You will gain a bit of horsepower, but mostly torque.

The turbos also spool a bit faster and so do the engine Rpms.
