New 2014 M5, $1600 under invoice (good deal or work it lower?)

Guys

Looking for your thoughts on a deal I am working. A 2014 M5 for $1600 under invoice, which includes the current $1500 BMW incentive. So I've basically gotten the dealer down to $100 under invoice.

What are your thoughts on how much lower I should be able to go?

Thanks!

Would you mind posting the MSRP and what he offered?

Thanks.

I have spoken to 2 dealerships and negotiated really hard for 2 weeks, the best I could get was 2500 over invoice. Wherever you are getting 1600 under invoice tell me now please.

Yeah grab it while he hesitates. This is a very rare deal. Probably a car that has been in inventory and is hard to move.

Yeah it depends, what are the specifics...under invoice, but dealer won't honor certain incentives, weird fees, etc are the typical game... Post your full specifics, and what they are claiming is invoice and we can give you a better estimation of the deal.

Edit: I hate typing on my iPad and autocorrect.

MSRP is 133,775. It's an individual color, fully loaded with every option, ceramics, etc.

Negotiated price of 121,830, which is $100 under invoice plus another $1500 of BMW incentives.

Then on top of that throw $800 for tags and registration. That's about it, aside from the ridiculous CA tax.

Sounds like a good deal. Jump on it buddy, otherwise, the deal will be gone.

I think I know the exact car you are referring to. It's been in dealer inventory since September. It's a good deal. Dealer is having to discount it because it was probably a custom order. However this is an exceptional deal and someone will snap it up.

The reason they are discounting it is because people who order individual usually want something very specific. I for instance wouldn't have taken that car because I didn't like the black leather.

It looks like the Rear Bumper has a bad paint match to the metal on the Car

Thats a great deal.

I believe we are selling them at invoice right now after incentives. Could be lower I am not sure what sort of special David Aviles is running this month, he is always giving crazy deals to forum members

Its only a great deal if you want that configuration. That car's near the top of the M5 price range, and I think its reasonable to expect the CCB's, comp package and night vision to lose at least half their value in a few years. Total waste of money if you're not going to use those things.

However if that's the configuration you want, go for it. You won't beat that price without doing ED.

Awesome deal, looks like same dealership has a few alternatives available and likely similar deals.
(The SG/SO would be my choice.)

On sat night I had parked next to this same platinum color m5. Looks better in person. It was good to see another color than the norm.

I didn't. The deal was a good one but in the end I wasn't interested in paying the $12K for the ceramics and night vision, two options that I can live without.
