In my notes I have the 345M 19" x 9" stock front rim at 32mm offset, and the rear 19" x 10" rim at 34mm offset. Not sure what you mean by "hub", but if that's the diameter of the center hole in the rim, wouldn't it necessarily be the same for all the rims for the M5? They bolt to the same brake hub and I think use that as a mounting register?

I just picked up two VMR 703 in 19x10 ET38 for my Mickey thompsons in the rear and they are not fitting over the rear brake caliper.

Maybe you didn't participate in wheel discussions a year or so ago, but I believe no aftermarket manufacturer has made a 19" rim which will clear the rear brake caliper. I haven't tested this myself, but I remember reading that some projection off the rear caliper makes the rear brake project into the rim farther than the front. Someone on this board filed down whatever needed to be reduced and got some aftermarket rim on his car. I'd think that because the BMW rim is cast they were able to make it fit around the brakes. I don't think any 19" forged rim is able to do that. If you only need a 10" width, go with the 345M rim. Or, check to see what is interfering and if it's safe, grind it down?

Hah, no, I believe the caliper has a protrusion which hits the rim and that protrusion can be trimmed down. Or so someone has said on this forum, and that the brakes still worked fine afterwards. I haven't done the research myself and even that sounds a little scary.
