Intercooler fill tank empty?

Hey guys, so for the 2nd time in the last 18 months i noticed the intercooler fill/expansion tank was completely bone dry, this time took around 25oz or so to fill it. Weirdest thing is that there are no visible leaks, nothing. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

It should empty at that rate - leak could be small as it’s a very complex in its routing and connections including the DME’s
