I see you dont want ssp but have you considered the spec x ssp? We all seen the dodson issues. If you go dodson will you go supermans plus?

It would be better if you would explain that you installed the clutch plates incorrectly not 1 time but 2 times. You used the incorrect snap rings. Its actually documented in this forum. You have been trying to get this car to run correctly for over a year now. I offered to help you but, you continually refuse.
If you want a Dodson clutch, I have roughly 20 sets in stock that I have pulled out of cars. You pay shipping, and Ill send you as set free of charge.

I installed it incorrectly
But not 1 year
After installed it car not make adaptation
But after i replaced both snap ring its already adapted correctly
And car moves good
My problem is when I upgrade turbos
Your clutches not hold power and burned
Thats what i am talking about
And you offered me your help i know that
You are a good man kris
But i feel i am stuck
And always you said its my problem
And i am sure 100% I installed clutches correctly
, my car i drive daily use , so i cant remove clutches or basket to send to you , shipping from my country to you will coast me 400$ and i will wast time too
And when i sent email to you you always reply later
I dont know what can i do

SSP SPEC X clutches are working great no problem on my car w/ STAGE 2 TURBOS

Eat the shipping cost and and let Kris help you out or pull the transmission out and send it by freight and have kris install the cluches correctly and ship back to you or maybe buy a used transmision and send it to kros have him install the new spec x clutches and ship the whole thing to you

GOOD LUCK

multiple and I mean multipleeeeee cars are running SSP clutches on high power applications and not reporting issues.
Dodson will create noise and they are not the best option for this platform.
Stick with SSP and maybe you need to upgrade your baskets.

My dodson superstock clutch was slipping on the dyno on map8 at 700+whp....need to update mine to SSP...but sounds like there is a complicated specific install process for SSP?

Nope. The install is same as remove.
Remove the trans, remove the baskets and discs.
The SSP kit comes with a color photo installation manual and its very easy.
Nothing is difficult.
Then need to perform proper adaptation.

Sounds like installation error or didn't adapt them properly .

Our clutch is incredible easy to install. There is no measuring the clutch for stack height correctness. All of this is done before it leaves our facility. Second, our clutch plates are non directional, so no mistakes can be made there.
We offer support 7 days a week for our products. If we dont answer the phone, you can text, or send an email. Someone will get back to you quickly. Try that with the other guys, good luck...

No need to remove the baskets. I did it buy just removing the snap rings.

Kris can you tell me, which snaprings are for the OEM clutches?

you can also write me private, because I remove the upgrade clutches next week and Need to know which sizes had the OEM snaprings.

If you purchased the parts from SSP, it comes with a full instruction diagram
