Switching from duel clutch to sequential shift

Is there a way to configure the m5 to only switch to "S" from "D" via the gear shift nob only?

I found that some time in "D", when I turning the wheel quickly cornering, I will hit the paddle gear shifter by mistake and the car will go into "S"

When you place the car in D, tap the shiftier to the right for S, then tap again to right for D, and do it as many times as you want.

Thanks, but I was more wondering about disabling the paddle shifter, or have the paddle shifter to only engage if I'm already in "S". Is this possible to set?
