Engine burning oil got you down? Looks like BMW is not the only one.

6 miles on mine when I took delivery, and counter to many, a "granny" break in... No oil usage at all...

my 08 M3 burned oil and I followed break in religiously. on my m5 I've been driving it like I stole it for the past 100 or so miles (currently 288 on the odo) so we'll see if this breaks the trend.
