Combine CCA 15% & BMW credit card 20% discount for performance driving school?

Hi,

I am planning to attend the 2 days M school. Has anyone able to stack the 15% CCA and 20% BMW credit card discount together? Or you can only do one or the other? I read the CCA web site and said that 15% off will be taken off at the time of register.. but not sure how does the BMW credit card 20% off apply?
