Whats mind boggling is that BMW offers an LED Retrofit kit for the E7x's, yet nothing for the F10's.

I hope this isn't too late to get a response, but I am wondering if you can swap the standard HID lights to LED on a 2014?
I have a 2014 with LED and wondering if I can put them into a 2104 with HID? Any help would be appreciated!

Posting this for reference, in case someone with a pre-LCI car decides to retrofit LED headlights. These are the parts needed:
FRM3 - 61359383692 ZGW - 61359322532 LED module for turn signal, left 63117352553 LED module for turn signal, right 63117352554 LED module for cornering light, left 63117352477 LED module for cornering light, right 63117352478 2 x LED display for fan, left 63117352479 2 x LED display for fan, right 63117352480 2 x LED main light module 63117354974 2 x Headlight control module, LED 63117409580 Headlight, LED technology, left 63117352481 Headlight with LED technology, right 63117352482 alternatively you can just buy a set of equipped headlights and the FRM/ZGW modules. You'll need some wiring changes (minor) + coding. I had BimmerTech provide the wiring schematics and remote coding for $400 total. A local BMW dealership did the headlight install and wiring modifications. The anti-dazzle feature is not working with my install, I have the old high-beam assist which is just an on/off. I don't think anti-dazzle requires a KAFAS2 camera (I have a KAFAS only camera), I think it's just a matter of coding, but I haven't really bothered exploring this further.

Thanks Nikolov! That's a lot of help for a lot of people!
I wonder since both cars I am trying to swap lights with are LCI cars if all that, plus coding is required? Are all those parts in on car or ther other and it's just a matter of removing the old and swapping out? |

Can't say for the FRM/ZGW, but you will need the wiring changes and coding for sure when going from HID to LED.
