First World Dilemma

I currently drive a 435ix modified to around 390hp. The car is enjoyable and fun. Unfortunately I made the mistake of driving an M5 recently...now though I enjoy my car, I'm looking at an M5 very hard.
Does the 'grin factor' ever lessen, or normalize? I'm afraid a year from now I'll look back and wish I hadn't traded mine for the M5.
Has anyone here had Buyer's remorse?
I live in a place with four seasons. Will I regret not having an 'ix'?
Opinions...

Get winter tires and you will be fine.
Grin does not stop, gets wider with more mods

Similar situation when I had my F30 335 xdrive upgraded with Dinan stage 2 and then upgraded to an M5. Puts a grin everytime I drive it
No looking back

I'm about to go from M4 to M5 and wonder the same. I feel that my M4 is much better looking but the M5 will be a much better car all around.

I owned an F80, still unfortunately own an F82, had a 2015 M5 and now have a 2016.

Far superior car all around ? faster, angrier, more comfortable, etc.

The grin doesn't stop, I just was sad that there was no 2017 because I wanted the new iDrive.

Did you really ask if you're going to regret leaving your 4 series for an m5? Lol

Two words! DO IT! You will not regret it at all. Every time I drive my M5 which I owned for about 2 years now and 16K miles it put a smile on my face.

I still have a huge grin after 10 years getting in my E39 M5.. I still remember my test drive of an F10 M5 2 years ago.. If i could swing it I would, but these twins aren't cheap

Nice I'm looking forward to seeing your F10 M5 soon

P.S.

I have a question:

There is an item that can be found in the BMW M5 Germany spec brochure:

https://www.google.com.ph/url?sa=t&r...27521224,d.dGo

It's an item called:
"Control Display, 6,5" hochauflösender Farbbildschirm"

I guess it was referring to this small 6.5 inch screen that is available for BMW M5 F10 cars in Germany (and possibly some other countries)???

I know that the 6.5 inch screen is standard equipment in Germany (unlike in say markets like the UK or USA/Canada wherein the 10.2 inch screen is the standard unit).

Are there a number of M5 F10 cars in Germany that have the small screen?
