Hello HorsepowerFreaks Fans!

First and foremost, we appreciate your time to read this and you being a fan of HPF. Since 2001, HorsepowerFreaks has established a strong presence in the aftermarket performance vehicle market. Where others were simply hopping around to the latest performance chassis, HorsepowerFreaks decided to be different. Creating one of the first fully engineered Turbo Kits for the BMW M3 E46 chassis, they graced the covers of many magazines, drew in millions of YouTube views, and instantly became famous worldwide. For some unfortunate reason internally or externally, issues arose and HorsepowerFreaks had to abruptly close its doors leaving many customers and fans confused.

Due to this abrupt closure, some customers placed orders that were not processed or shipped from the original management of HPF. We understand how terrible this looks on the brand and company no matter who the owners are. For those that have run into this issue, we deeply apologize for their actions and can guarantee that will never be the case under our direction. We do not condone this and understand how hard people work for their money to fuel their hobby and passion. Since that company used completely different bank accounts and we did not acquire their assets, we have no ability to monetarily fix the claims. If you had paid with a credit card or Paypal for a order previous to June 15, 2013, we urge you to file a dispute with your bank who will handle it accordingly. However we are more than happy to assist customers with any information that we may have access to from its previous ownership and will diligently try to rectify any situations going forward.

Moving to the future....

We are very excited to announce our new ownership of HorsepowerFreaks.com. Looking to expand our business, Vivid Distributing LLC (Vivid Racing) came across the HPF business for sale and reached an agreement to purchase the HPF website property. On June 16, 2013 we officially took over control of the HorsepowerFreaks brand. Having such a strong internet presence, this was a no brainer for Vivid Racing as a growing company. Being in business since 2001 as well, Vivid Racing has grown to a multi-million dollar company with a globally recognized brand. For the past 2 months we have been integrating technology and processing online and phone orders with our dedicated HorsepowerFreaks sales team based out of our Gilbert, Arizona facility. Continuing the excellent customer service and brand image of HPF is very important to us. HPF will continue to remain its own brand and offer products that are unique to its consumers while differentiating it from Vivid Racing.

The final question is what will happen to the HPF product line? There is a limited amount of HPF products available to be purchased: Exhausts, intercoolers, accessories. Once these products are sold out, unless the demand is there, we will continue to focus on other equally or better products to cater to the HPF customers.
