Concept M5 color?

Does anyone know the exact color that the Concept M5 is? Is it Space Grey or something new? When ordering is open, I want to order one in this exact color unless BMW throws some new badass color on the ordering configurator.

The Color is called "Chrome Shadow" and because of it's exclusivity it costs over 100,000 euro for application.

BMW only use this color to to showcase M Concept models. It will not be produced for customers.

Say WHAT?!! Why so damn expensive? Wow. Its a great color thats for sure. Well, I guess I'll have to do a custom color order and go with Techno Violet or Atlantis Blue.

Thank you for the info. Greatly appreciated.

Wow. That is the most expensive paint job I have ever heard of. Beautiful color, though.

It's probably similar to Mercedes' "Alubeam" paint.
It has super small aluminum pieces that when properly applied, all of the pieces lay perfectly flat creating a "liquid metal" effect.
IIRC- MBZ charged $10,000US for theirs.

What a crock! Show off a production car in a paint that nobody can get.

It was not a production car, it was the "M5 Concept" car, shown long before the production version

They also need to spray a black base layer on before the super fine silver.

This wasn't some 'pie in the sky' concept car displayed long before possible production. This was an early model of a production car, shown 5 months before the production version, dressed up in unobtainable paint.
