BIMMERPOST NEWSF10 M5 On-Track Video Conveys Sounds and Sensations This F10 M5 on-track video from the Circuit Magny-Cours in France is one of the best track videos we've seen, effectively conveying the sounds and sensations of tracking the 2013 M5. Recorded by MotorSport, the video captures an entire single lap around the track. If you like exhaust burble, you'll love this video. The F10 M5 records a time of 1:24.89 minutes, stacking it up against some impressive competition: 458 Italia (1:20.16) Mercedes SLS (1:23.50) Panamera Turbo S (1:24.55) 911 997 C2S (1:24.57) F10 M5 (1:24.89) Audi RS5 (1:26.40) BMW 1M Coupe (1:26.50) C63 AMG Coupe (1:27.70) Share this story |

Nice! What impressed me is that for a larger sedan it did about the same pace as the smaller and lighter 997 C2S. Would be interesting to see how the E90/2 stacks up against the F10 M5. The Panny is really quick, but I think the M5 is still more of a gentleman drivers car. It probably sounds better in person.

Fantastic video, but I think that V8 needs a little free-er exhaust. Something with a nice Rumble where you can hear the turbos

The part about the M3 time that does not work for me is it's an '07 time and not an '11 zcp dct time. And somebody please correct me but I imagine the M3 in the latter config would gain get some time back. Regardless, 3 m cars this close is awesome...

I thought they programmed sound through the stereo. Should have made it sound like the e60 through the stereo
