First Akrapovic F10 M5 system in at iND

We just had the first F10 M5 Akrapovic come in at iND yesterday. Like all Akrapovic system the machine built titanium quality is simply amazing. The tips come in carbon fiber or fully polished titanium. There is only a full EVO option available.

Made in Slovenia

Only comes as a full downpipe back system (no rear muffler only option)
Full titanium
2x perforated resonators

Nate, thanks for this thread. Can you explain how the valves work on the Akra system? Can they be controlled from a switch in the car. I had such a switch installed in my 458. Love having the control in my fingers. Does it affect power when they're closed?

The valve on the Eisenmann Sport performance and Akrapovic utilize the the OEM F10 M5 vacuum line. The valves on the OEM system is purely for emissions and is closed during cold start to pre heat the cats. Eisenmann will offer a special order system that comes with a wireless remote to open/close the valve.

Here is a photo of the Eisenmann F10 M5 Oval (4x120x77mm) system during prototype testing at Eisenmann. We will have some really nice shots when the M5 comes in next month.

For me personally, just cant do oval as it reminds me of AMG too much.
