Remember the M5-M3-S1000 burnout videos posted recently? BMW Mexico has released a video from the same event, which shows some on track action between the M3, S1000RR superbike, and F10 M5 piloted by BMW DTM driver Augusto Farfus.

Nice job, wish I was invited but those events are held only in Mexico City. Must be interesting to see the difference between the M3 and M5 at such altitude 2200 m above sea level, I bet the turbos really help there.

I was there. The M5 hits almost 270kph (indicated) at the end of the main straight. The M3 hits 240kph, so big difference there.

Over a lap the difference isn´t so great. Plus, at that height, the M5 limps after a couple of laps and the M3 can go all day.
