1 pet peeve and 1 ocd - M5POST

What's your biggest pet peeve and what's one thing that you do that could be described as OCD? Just give one example of each!

I'll go first...

Biggest pet peeve: Walking around barefoot on a hard floor (like in the kitchen) and having a crumb or some other bit of whatever get stuck to the bottom of my foot. UGH... I can't stand that! I've been known to wear sandals religiously in my kitchen

My most notable OCD: Having to have the windows in the car rolled down the exact same amount on each side. I dunno.. something about that. If someone else is in the car btw and they operate their window, I could care less... it's just when I'm driving alone.

You're lying about the OCD part; admit it, the windows have to be the same amount down at all times.

Pet peeve: people standing in front of doorways where there's people moving in and out. Clueless much? I guess cluelessness in general ...

OCD: not using keyboard shortcuts on computers. Really, they are so helpful and it kills me to see people not using them.

Ok ok... I DO think about it even when others are riding along and fiddling with the damn windows!

Truth about people standing in front of doorways or the middle of walkways like they own the damn place.

Pet peeve: It's a tie between People who chew with their mouth open and People who don't know the difference between there, their and they're.

OCD: I use the door on the right, I follow the rules of the road. If someone is coming out of Starbucks and hold the door on the left open, I open the door on the right and use that.

lol... I tend to have a 'procedure' for getting dressed etc (right sock on first always). The shower thing kinda reminds me of that.

PP: people who stop in the middle of the street, put on THEIR flashers, then wait for someone to come out the house while there is a perfectly good parking spot 10 feet away. No, that's OK, I have nothing better to do than avoid your azz while you sit on it waiting for some other fat azz who can't be troubled to walk a few extra steps to get in the car and go scarf McDonald's.

ocd: when pumping gas or paying a tab I want it to end in a multiple of 25 cents. I'll pump a little too much gas or just round the tip by cents before I even consider the dollar amount.

Pet peeve: When I'm about to enter a building and I see a person exiting that was going to use the same door; I hold it open and not a single gesture or 'thank you'

OCD: For some reason, when I'm about to shut off the television I always have to switch the channel to Discovery before I do so.

OCD: I always put my pants on with my left leg first. The reason I am choosing this one over the 50 other OCD tendencies I have is that the other day for the first time in probably my whole life, I went right leg first, and sat there confused for about 15 seconds what I was supposed to do now, and why my pants weren't on. True story.

Pet Peeve: People who continually creep into an intersection at a red light like they are in a huge hurry and know when the light is going to change (usually not the case). Ironically, these are the same people who "miss" the light turning green and sit there unaware.

OCD: I must find reading material or at least my cellphone before I take my place on the throne.
