- Sahkir Orange/Black merino
- 20 M light alloy wheels
- Comfort Access keyless Entry
- Heads Up display
- Variable light Decoding

And they said gas guzzler is yet to be determined!

Congrats Guys. Can you also list your choice of transmission going forward, would be cool to see the split.

PS: really weird that CA and Sat Radio are separate no-cost options, why not list them as standard equipment, I doubt people will want not to have them considering they are free.

You sure you don't want to go Piano black trim with Sakhir full? That vertical stripe aluminum looks like it'll clash with the lower dashboard area since Full leather means that area will be done in Sakhir. Also, power rear sunshade is included with the Exec package, and 6NF has been superseded by 6NR (BMW Apps). Congrats either way though!

How were you able to order 415 (I think you meant 416) power rear sunshade outside of the ZEC package. Do you know if any of the other options are available separately?

Yeah, I'm wondering about that too. I wonder if that's a misprint on the Order Guide, either it's not no-charge or it's not available outside of the Exec package. The configurator didn't have them available as no-cost options but I can't check again now because it's currently down due to being overloaded -- even before it was available without having the direct link!

They were both on there as no cost options and independent of ZEC Exec Pack.

Order Status: 047 - Spec. released-no (I asked my dealer and he said this meant your vehicle is on order and is awaiting a product number. He would have that in June right before production starts.)

Before going to Munich, I plan on adding the 6yr warranty add on and combine with Performance Center Delivery. Dealer confirmed it should be ok.

The real wait begins, but it is a huge relief and amazing feeling knowing my order is in and I'm less than 4 months away from meeting the beast!

I agonized over the question of going with Piano black or aluminum with the Sakhir full and I ultimately decided that the aluminium was more appropriate for the sporty character of the M5.

Compare Piano Black:



with the Aluminum trace trim:



I could still be convinced though and since my order is still, so far as I know, waiting on the next allocation, I could make the change easily.
