I don't like Obama; Romney is that jackass rich kid you went to school with and got everything handed to him; he's clearly on the side of big business and not even the common people that back him, and every other candidate has been a nutcase. Almost every politician doesn't give a shit about you. They're in it to make money. They enact legislation which gives rich people and businesses lots of money, and in turn get lots of money/support, while marginalizing real issues that affect common people. That's how it works here, and this left vs. right bullshit has us fighting each other over social non-issues like marriage and abortion, while our economy tanks, our country falls behind in health and education, and elected officials on both "sides" get rich and famous. Until we realize this, we all lose.

I think that when you start talking polls it becomes a slippery slope because both sides will point to a certain type or a certain poll by a group and say that one is right or wrong. So at the risk of just pulling any poll from the depths of the internet, I believe over the past few weeks the Rasmussen poll had them even or Romney leading for a while. It looks like now Obama has regained the lead. Again I don't know if this poll is bias or not. I don't know what evo's false statement was but if he was saying that some independents are leaving and younger voters are not as interested, then maybe the Rasmussen poll is showing that?

It's the internet and things can come a crossed differently then intended, but I have tried to explain what I said and in what context it was said. I feel that when you look at all of my posts in this thread today and look at his as well you can see that I was not attacking him or his views, just what I thought was a pointless comment. I find it funny that the Secretary of State for the state of Arizona is now going down the birthed road as well. He is asking for additional information about the President's citizenship. And it's possible that he will keep President Obama off of the ballot if he doesn't get the information he is looking for.

Being a birther in and of itself isn't that humorous. The punch line is that this guy is one of the co-chairs for Romney's campaign in Arizona. Hmmm, birtherism as a way to not allow the citizens of Arizona to vote for the incumbent. Well played with the politics there Mr. Bennet.
