Has anyone's Euro Delivery Order started production yet?

Hi,

I'm just starting this thread because I'm bored and the waiting game is starting to get to me.

I check BMWUSA everyday and my M5 hasn't started production yet. I had an original production start date of July 12th. I'm thinking since it is only taking the factory to crank out an F10 M5 in about 10-12 days that production for the Euro Delivery's won't start until mid August.

So I was just wondering if anyone who has order for ED if production has started yet. I'm guessing not yet.

Cheers!

They don't like to build prematurely because then they have to store it at the Welt. I think the 9/1 cars will start production the week of 8/13,maybe the week of 8/6.

Week 35 build here and....NOTHING
The only thing that is helping me through this is the knowledge that those robots and people will have figured out how to build the new US spec M5 perfectly by the time they get to ours... Ha
