Question M5 100k OTD. Possible?

I have budgeted 100K to get myself a nice car. I have narrowed it down to two choices. A M5 and a GTR. I will only be buying new. I want to get OTD for under 100K. Do you think this is possible? I would like to do european delivery but not sure it is possible to get the car at this price right now. So cal dealers are asking for MSRP on ED cars.

Anyone have a dealer in San Diego they recommend?

Doing ED TODAY!!!!
All the prices online but from memory ED MSRP is about 82k and change. Add the taxes and reg (maybe the 20" wheels) you'd be right at $100k. Don't see UNDER $100k otd, without ED as it will save you about 6-7k

No sales tax where I live. And it's ED pricing.
