I have week 39 build for Ca delivery.
Glad things are looking up Barry and sorry for the extra few weeks. Think of the positive, you'll have a fresh, new, clean one now and still only a few weeks behind our redeliveries!

Barry, glad to hear that BMW is making this right. Maybe we'll be taking delivery at the same time in SB...mine should be back here around that time if I am lucky.

Turns out Barry was taking one for the team all along. The bad news is they also just stopped production of the replacement car

Yup, although my car may be done today? It was in the body shop a couple of days ago.

Well I don't have a M5 but last night my 2013 X5M engine seized (along went the power steering) as I was going downhill, almost ran into the hillside because the car lost power and I had to labor (never knew steering is so heavy without the power assist) to turn the car around the corner.

The engine malfunction light lit up, transmission was in netural for some reason. I put the car back in park and start the engine, and the car goes fine again.

Already contacted my sales and taking the car in first thing in the morning. I was lucky that I didn't drove into the hillside or that there wasn't a fast car following me, the person could have rear-ended me because I basically just came to a stop unexpectedly.
