Each Eisenmann exhaust system for the F10 M5 will be available in a Sport sound level for those who demand a discreet personality from their super sedan, and a Race sound level for a more extroverted driving experience. Three tip options are available- four 90mm round tips, four 102mm round tips, or four 120x77mm oval tips. Best of all the new M5 system can be built as a 100% 304 stainless steel exhaust system, or as a hybrid of stainless steel and the amazing material Inconel. The exhaust systems will continue Eisenmann's legacy of legendary hand fabrication from start to finish and will also be available as a rear section only or a downpipe-back full system.

IND ran their M5 on the Dyno with the Full downpipe back system installed.

These are the results

You will really see the effectiveness of the full system come into play if you are planning on heavily modding the car (Tune, downpipes, intake)

While the axleback system isn't designed to give you huge numbers, it will give you a much better sound.

Not that I have seen yet. I would surmise that it would be around 5hp/5tq maximum.

The engine is optimized with BMW's excellent VANOS system, individual valve control with Valvetronic technology, two turbo chargers, water cooled engine control computers, and blistering performance.
