Photo Gallery: BMW M Studio Reception for F10 M5 European Delivery Kickoff Group

If you recall, September 1,2012 was the European Delivery kickoff day which saw an epic 24 M5s delivered [see our journal thread]. That was just on a single day and many more M5s continued to be delivered in the next three days until the date of the M Studio reception event.

To enhance the BMW European Delivery experience for this group of lucky M5 owners, BMW hosted a reception at the BMW M Studio at M headquarters in Garching, Germany.

The group met at the M Studio where they were given a presentation on the M5, checked out the M and Individual models on display in the M Studio, and mingled with other owners as well as BMW reps. The group then caravanned to a group meal.

It was a great day!!! I missed the lunch as I had to go pick up my M3, but seeing the prototypes in the back lot, and the slew of M5's out front was really cool. Brings back happy memories.

We didn't see the M4 prototype. We saw the M3 sedan, Grand Coupe ///M and the X5M prototypes.

Fun event. Seeing the M3 was a highlight but meeting the BMW M staff was the best part imho.
