Launch control

Just had my 1200 service I have about 1300 miles in the car now and launch control still doesn't work. I followed the instructions but had no luck is it a mileage thing?

Someone else had asked this question, and they were not at 1200 miles when they did their service, but when they passed 1200 miles they said it worked. Clearly you are past that so perhaps you don't see the checkered flag when you set your car for launch. Make sure your dsc is fully off. Maybe that was the problem.

Btw, I do my service tomorrow, so hopefully, I wont be on here with the same problem. Give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Just did my service at 700 miles. Still no launch control. I'll report back if it's enabled automatically.

Yep, mine was not enabled until the car literally reached 1200 miles, even though my service had already been done.

Another common mistake is that the car needs to be warm (driven at least 6-8 miles) prior to attempting a launch.

Yes I did get it to work but its kind of a pain in ass, seems like the car has to be in a certain condition before it works.
